YWAM Rotterdam is a small pioneering team. That means you won’t simply step into something that is already finished — you’ll get to build with us. Alongside our DTS, evangelism and community activities, we’re building relationships and exploring new ministries, with a growing focus on anti-trafficking and social justice.

Why join our team?

Joining staff is more than taking on a role. It’s an opportunity to keep growing with God, invest in others and use your gifts in missions. And because we’re still pioneering, there’s plenty of room to bring your own ideas, passions and creativity.

Here’s what you can expect as part of the YWAM Rotterdam team:

Deepen your relationship with God through worship, prayer, community and everyday life with Jesus. Keep growing as you step out in faith and serve others.

Be part of a small, international-minded team where we pray together, share life, have fun and encourage one another along the way.

3. Make an impact

Disciple students, reach people in Rotterdam, serve through evangelism and community activities, or use your skills behind the scenes. As we pioneer new ministries, there are also opportunities to help build what comes next.

‍Who can join?

We’re looking for people who:

• • Love Jesus and want to serve Him wholeheartedly
  • Have completed a YWAM DTS
  • Are willing to learn, grow and be challenged
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Want to use their gifts to serve others and make God known

You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you feel God might be leading you towards missions and YWAM Rotterdam has caught your attention, we’d love to start a conversation.

Practical details

YWAM staff are volunteers and raise their own financial support through a network of friends, family, churches and other partners. We believe God provides as we step out in faith, and we’re happy to help you think through what building a support team can look like.
