Become a staff member at YWAM Rotterdam!

When you are ready for the next step to make God known and help others grow in their relationship with God,  then we are ready and open to welcome you! Currently, since we haven’t established a base yet, we can only welcome staff who live nearby.

Join our small community, where we’re passionate about knowing God and sharing His love with others.

Whether you have a heart for discipling young people, a passion for pioneering new ministries, or skills in administration, media, or hospitality, there’s a place for you to use your gifts for God’s glory!

Here’s what you can expect as part of the YWAM Rotterdam team:

1. Personal Growth

Deepen your relationship with God through regular worship, intercession, and intentional discipleship. Experience transformation as you step out in faith and serve in His Kingdom.

2. Community Life

Be part of a community that celebrates diversity and encourages one another every day. Live in an environment where friendships are formed and faith is strengthened.

3. Ministry Opportunities

Play a vital role in training and discipling others through schools like the Discipleship Training School (DTS). Engage in evangelism, mercy ministries, and missions locally and globally. And/or use your unique skills to support the mission.

We’re looking for committed followers of Jesus who:

• Are passionate about God and want to serve Him wholeheartedly.
• Have completed a YWAM DTS.
• Are willing to grow, to be challenged, and to invest in others.

Whether you’re a long-term missionary already or stepping into full-time ministry: we promise you a supportive environment where you can flourish.

Practical details

Joining the staff is a volunteer role. We live by faith, trusting God to provide for all our needs through partnerships with individuals and churches. Don’t let finances hold you back—God is faithful and we’re here to walk with you alongside the journey of growing in trust in Him.
