Want to be part of what God is doing through YWAM Rotterdam in a practical way? During our DTS, we’re looking for local volunteers who can help our team and students with the everyday things that make community life possible.
You don’t need to have completed a DTS. If you live in or near Rotterdam and have some time to give, we’d love to hear from you.
A simple way to make a difference
Serving doesn’t always have to mean going to another country or standing on a stage. Sometimes mission looks like preparing a meal, helping behind the scenes or simply using what you have to serve others. By volunteering with us, you help create a place where DTS students can learn, grow and encounter God — and you become part of what God is building in Rotterdam.
How you can serve
Most of our current volunteer opportunities are practical and connected to our DTS. Depending on what is needed, you could help with:
- Cooking meals for DTS students and staff
- Grocery shopping
- Practical help during DTS weeks
- Helping with events or Community Nights
- Other practical needs as they come up
You don’t need special ministry experience — just a willingness to serve and be part of the team.

What to expect
Volunteering with YWAM Rotterdam is flexible and practical. We’ll look together at what help is needed and what fits your availability, skills and interests.
You’ll serve alongside our team and help make our DTS and other activities possible. And while you’re serving, there will naturally be opportunities to connect with our community and see more of what YWAM is all about.
