YWAM Rotterdam is a small and growing pioneering team, and we are looking for people who want to build with us. Because we are still in a pioneering season, flexibility and a willingness to serve wherever needed are important. We work together, share responsibilities and each bring our own gifts to what God is building.
At the same time, we are especially praying for people who feel called to take responsibility and help develop specific areas of our ministry.
We are currently looking for staff who would love to:
- Staff our DTS and disciple students as they grow in their relationship with God and prepare for missions.
- Lead worship and intercession, helping create a culture of seeking God together.
- Develop seminars and outreaches, including organising seminar days or weeks and helping pioneer summer outreach opportunities.
- Lead local evangelism and develop new ways of reaching and discipling people in Rotterdam and the surrounding area.
- Develop communications and social media, helping us share the vision and stories of YWAM Rotterdam.
- Host visiting outreach teams, coordinating their programmes and connecting them with ministry opportunities in the area.
- Develop fundraising and financial administration, helping build the practical and financial foundations needed for a growing YWAM location.
You don’t need to fit into just one of these roles. In a pioneering team, we serve together, learn together and discover along the way where our gifts can make the greatest difference.
