Why join staff?
Becoming staff isn’t just a role—it’s a calling to serve God while being part of a faith-filled family. Whether you have a heart for discipling young people, a passion for pioneering new ministries or skills in administration, media, or hospitality: there’s a place for you to use your gifts for God’s glory!
Here’s what you can expect as part of the YWAM Rotterdam team:
1. Personal Growth
Deepen your relationship with God through regular worship, intercession and intentional discipleship. Experience transformation as you step out in faith and serve in His Kingdom.
2. Community Life
Be part of a community that celebrates diversity and encourages one another on a daily basis. Live in an environment where friendships are formed and faith is strengthened.
3. Ministry Opportunities
Play a vital role in training and discipling others through schools like DTS (Discipleship Training School). Engage in evangelism, mercy ministries and missions locally and globally. And / or use your unique skills to support the mission.

- Have completed a YWAM DTS.
- Are willing to grow, to be challenged and to invest in others.
Whether you’re a longterm missionary already or just stepping into full-time ministry: we promise you a supportive environment where you can flourish.
Practical details
Joining staff is a volunteer role. We live by faith and trust God to provide for all our needs through partnerships with individuals and churches. Don’t let finances hold you back—God is faithful and we’re here to walk with you alongside the journey of growing in trust in Him.
